Dr. Dikhra Khan completed her MD in Nuclear Medicine from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, one of India’s premier medical institutions. Following her postgraduate training, she served as Senior Resident and subsequently as Assistant Professor (Faculty) in the Department of Nuclear Medicine at AIIMS New Delhi, where she was actively involved in advanced molecular imaging, radionuclide therapy, academic teaching, and clinical research.
With over 7 years of experience in Diagnostic and Therapeutic Nuclear Medicine, Dr. Dikhra Khan has developed expertise in PET/CT imaging, theranostics, precision oncology, nuclear cardiology, and personalized radionuclide therapies. She has extensive experience in the management of patients with thyroid cancer, neuroendocrine tumors, prostate cancer, and other complex malignancies through advanced molecular imaging and targeted radionuclide treatments.
A strong advocate of academic excellence, Dr. Dikhra Khan has authored more than 50 publications in indexed national and international journals including book chapters. Her research interests include molecular imaging, theranostics, medical education, research methodology, artificial intelligence in healthcare, and precision oncology. She has contributed articles to NucShe was awarded the prestigious ICMR STS (Short Term Studentship) during MBBS and received the Gold Medal in Pathology for academic excellence. She was a plenary session presenter and panelist at American Society of Nuclear Cardiology, 2024 at Austin, Texas.
